MODERATOR: Alexander B. Kasdan, Senior Managing Director,
DelMorgan & Co., brings more than twenty-five years of senior-level Wall
Street advice to middle market companies, entrepreneurs and institutional
investors. He has extensive experience in investment banking, corporate law
and restructuring at worldās leading firms, including Credit Suisse First Boston,
OāSullivan Graev & Karabell LLP (now O'Melveny & Myers LLP), Battle
Fowler LLP (now Paul Hastings LLP) and Schlumberger Ltd., and as a
founding partner of Convergence Capital Partners. Alex has worked on more
than 100 domestic and cross-border transactions in North America, Europe and
Africa.
Alex is a Senior Advisor to Governance and Transactions LLC, an advisory firm
established in 2003 by Mr. James L. Gunderson, former Secretary and General
Counsel of Schlumberger Limited, to assist boards, management and owners
with corporate governance, compliance, structuring and strategic transactions.
Alex is a frequent moderator and an interviewer at Expert Webcast roundtable
discussions attracting business leaders and leading professionals from around
the world.
Alex graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College with a B.A. degree

Panelist: Norman N. Kinel is a partner in the firmās Restructuring &
Insolvency Practice and the national chair of the firmās Creditorsā
Committee Group. With more than 30 years of experience as a bankruptcy
practitioner, Norman has successfully represented and litigated on behalf of
clients in some of the nationās largest and most intricate bankruptcy cases,
involving numerous industries. Normanās clients value his responsiveness to
their needs and his tenacity in pursuing dynamic strategies to protect and
maximize their interests.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Norman served as a partner in several
prominent firms, and his practice included complex bankruptcy litigation and
appeals involving contested confirmations of plans, DIP financing, cash
collateral and adequate protection, relief from the automatic stay, assumption
and rejection of executory contracts and leases, exclusivity and substantive
consolidation, and also director and officer liability, breach of fiduciary duty,
fraudulent conveyance and preferential transfer actions.
Norman is listed on the Register of Mediators of the United States
Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of
Delaware, and was a court-approved mediator in the Lehman Brothers cases.
Norman holds a J.D. from the American University Washington College of
Law and a bachelorās degree from Yeshiva University.

Panelist: James F. Davidson is a Managing Director and President of Avant Advisory
Group. He brings business acumen from decades of corporate financial management. He
is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, Certified Turnaround Professional,
Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor and Certified Corporate Director. He is also a
licensed Certified Public Accountant with financial forensics specialization credentials
(CFF, CFS, and FCPA), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He integrates diverse
experience from public accounting, auditing, and consulting.
As an executive and member of boards of director in private industry, Jim has provided
expert advice in the areas of insolvency, bankruptcy, financial and operational
restructurings, turnarounds, and profitability improvement.
Jim uses his expertise to advise on matters of fraud, forensics, litigation support, mergers
and acquisitions, strategic planning, and corporate governance. His combined experience
and professional qualifications fulfill the financial expert requirements defined by
Sarbanes-Oxley, NYSE, and NASDAQ.
Jim has served in executive positions at both public and private companies ranging from
entrepreneurial to multi-billion dollar firms. Jim transitioned to private industry after 10
years of accounting, auditing, and consulting for Big Four Certified Public Accounting
firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. He served more than 10 years as a member of several
boards of directors and in various financial and executive positions, including president
and CEO, COO, CFO, secretary-treasurer, chief accounting officer, and corporate
controller.

Panelist: Barry A. Kastner is a Senior Managing Director at
Trade Finance Solutions. He has more than 40 years of
experience in commercial banking and asset based lending with
roles in senior management, business development and portfolio
management.
His previous roles include Executive Vice President, Bibby
Financial Services (Holdings), Inc. and Executive Vice President
and Head of TD Bank's Asset Finance Group. Barry also served as
Managing Director of Wachovia Capital Finance -- the successor to
Congress Financial Corp. -- where he held several positions,
including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Barry also has held senior management positions with Keltic
Financial Services and Siena Lending Group LLC. Barry is a
member and former director of the Commercial Finance
Association, where he served on the Education Committee, and is a
past president of the associationās New York chapter.
Barry is a frequent speaker and instructor on topics related to asset
based finance. Barry is a graduate of Hofstra University and he
holds three securities licenses.
