Introduction:
Chatbot's allow customers to manage requests swiftly and efficiently while acting as a listening
channel so that banks can better understand user habits, anticipate customer actions and deliver
personalized offers and services. The experiences Chabot's provide must be as similar to a human
agent as possible. That means providing more than simple Q&As, but rather presenting alternatives
and offers, anticipating their needs, and providing insights when convenient. Integrating chatbots as
part of their engagement processes can improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs and deliver
valuable qualitative and quantitative feedback on customer demands and opinions. It is no surprise that
so many banks are already looking to deploy Chatbot’s to optimize their digital transformation
strategies.
Problem Statement:
• As we know now a days most of the people use banks in their daily routine for any financial
transaction, which creates a need for general customer to understand the processes of their
respective bank. And we see this information are not readily available on the sites or people at the
bank take their time to explain the policies, which leads customers to documentation but also not
everyone is into reading documents. So how can we solve the problem of providing information to
customers quickly?
Problem Statement:
• To make banking functions more understandable and efficient for customers, Chat bots are the
answer, bot are trained to answer queries, and our bot will provide the necessary information to the
customers who want information online without physically going to the bank or surfing through the
documents, the ChatBot will be prompted on the homepage of the website. Where customers can
ask their queries and get their answers quickly i.e., Account opening, car loan information and other
information regarding banking facilities.
• The problems we will be facing during the development of this project is to train our bot to
understand the exact intent of the customer, this will require training of bot for multiple intents.
After the development of the bot the second big problem will be to integrate the bot with a website.
Mission Statement:
The aim of this project is to contribute to the solution of the problem of direct communication between
Clients & Banks. Chatbots are mainly used to provide customer support. Chatbots are very intelligent.
You train them once and they will communicate with your target audience in their language.
Scope of the Project:
The future is not all voice interfaces, but instead it should focus on working within device
capabilities to boost user accessibility and flexibility. Some chatbots can offer voice-to-text
interfaces, voice-to-voice interfaces or text-to-voice interfaces, all depending on customer need or
brand decision.
Objectives:
The main purpose of chatbots in banking is providing a better customer experience.
However, they also help the staff and prevent stressful situations that arise from direct
communication with clients. Conversational Artificial intelligence may assist customers
in many ways.

Technologies:
• Dialog Flow: Dialog Flow is a natural language
understanding platform that makes it easy to design
and integrate a conversational user interface into your
mobile app, web application, device, interactive
voice response system (IVR), and any other system.
• React: React (also known as React.js or ReactJS) is a
free and open-source front-end JavaScript library for
building user interfaces based on UI components. It
is maintained by Meta (formerly Facebook) and a
community of individual developers and
companies.2.3. React allows developers to create
large web applications that can change data, without
reloading the page. The main purpose of React is to
be fast, scalable, and simple. It works only on user
interfaces in the application. This corresponds to the
view in the MVC template.
Technologies:
• Express.js, or simply Express, is a back end web
application framework for building RESTful APIs
with Node.js,. released as free and open-source
software under the MIT License. It is designed for
building web applications and APIs. It has been
called the de facto standard server framework for
Node.js
• MongoDB: MongoDB is an open source NoSQL
database management program. NoSQL is used as
an alternative to traditional relational databases.
NoSQL databases are quite useful for working with
large sets of distributed data.
Technologies:
• Firebase is a set of hosting services for any type of
application. It offers NoSQL and real-time hosting of
databases, content, social authentication, and
notifications, or services, such as a real-time
communication server.
• Node.js is an open-source, cross-platform, back-end
JavaScript runtime environment that runs on the V8
engine and executes JavaScript code outside a web
browser. Using Node JS with React can help in
handling requests and maintaining server load
balance. JSON APIs: You can easily build JSON APIs
for your application using Node JS. The reusability of
the code enables sharing within React JS.
Why is our Project Unique?
Unlike a human customer service agent, a ChatBot is available 24/7, addressing queries from multiple
customers at the same time. This ensures the customers that there is someone to listen to them, address
their queries, or take their issues forward. it makes our project unique.
Division of work:
• 2 members are working on website development.
• While remaining two are working on bot.
Conclusion
As we can see, chatbots and other types of AI assistants are of great use in any industry that has to
provide high-quality customer support. One such industry is the finance or banking area, and it is
rapidly integrating these technologies into its workflow. Banking is all about money and reputation,
and AI chatbots offer numerous benefits for both.

Introduction: Chatbot's allow customers to manage requests swiftly and efficiently while acting as a listening channel so that banks can better understand user habits, anticipate customer actions and deliver personalized offers and services. The experiences Chabot's provide must be as similar to a human agent as possible. That means providing more than simple Q&As, but rather presenting alternatives and offers, anticipating their needs, and providing insights when convenient. Integrating chatbots as part of their engagement processes can improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs and deliver valuable qualitative and quantitative feedback on customer demands and opinions. It is no surprise that so many banks are already looking to deploy Chatbot’s to optimize their digital transformation strategies.

Problem Statement: • As we know now a days most of the people use banks in their daily routine for any financial transaction, which creates a need for general customer to understand the processes of their respective bank. And we see this information are not readily available on the sites or people at the bank take their time to explain the policies, which leads customers to documentation but also not everyone is into reading documents. So how can we solve the problem of providing information to customers quickly?

Problem Statement: • To make banking functions more understandable and efficient for customers, Chat bots are the answer, bot are trained to answer queries, and our bot will provide the necessary information to the customers who want information online without physically going to the bank or surfing through the documents, the ChatBot will be prompted on the homepage of the website. Where customers can ask their queries and get their answers quickly i.e., Account opening, car loan information and other information regarding banking facilities. • The problems we will be facing during the development of this project is to train our bot to understand the exact intent of the customer, this will require training of bot for multiple intents. After the development of the bot the second big problem will be to integrate the bot with a website.
  • 5. Mission Statement: The aim of this project is to contribute to the solution of the problem of direct communication between Clients & Banks. Chatbots are mainly used to provide customer support. Chatbots are very intelligent. You train them once and they will communicate with your target audience in their language.
  • 6. Scope of the Project: The future is not all voice interfaces, but instead it should focus on working within device capabilities to boost user accessibility and flexibility. Some chatbots can offer voice-to-text interfaces, voice-to-voice interfaces or text-to-voice interfaces, all depending on customer need or brand decision.
  • 7. Objectives: The main purpose of chatbots in banking is providing a better customer experience. However, they also help the staff and prevent stressful situations that arise from direct communication with clients. Conversational Artificial intelligence may assist customers in many ways.

It is maintained by Meta (formerly Facebook) and a community of individual developers and companies.2.3. React allows developers to create large web applications that can change data, without reloading the page. The main purpose of React is to be fast, scalable, and simple. It works only on user interfaces in the application. This corresponds to the view in the MVC template.

It is designed for building web applications and APIs. It has been called the de facto standard server framework for Node.js • MongoDB: MongoDB is an open source NoSQL database management program. NoSQL is used as an alternative to traditional relational databases. NoSQL databases are quite useful for working with large sets of distributed data.

It offers NoSQL and real-time hosting of databases, content, social authentication, and notifications, or services, such as a real-time communication server. • Node.js is an open-source, cross-platform, back-end JavaScript runtime environment that runs on the V8 engine and executes JavaScript code outside a web browser. Using Node JS with React can help in handling requests and maintaining server load balance. JSON APIs: You can easily build JSON APIs for your application using Node JS. The reusability of the code enables sharing within React JS.

This ensures the customers that there is someone to listen to them, address their queries, or take their issues forward. it makes our project unique.

One such industry is the finance or banking area, and it is rapidly integrating these technologies into its workflow. Banking is all about money and reputation, and AI chatbots offer numerous benefits for both.
