Lipton stated that genes and
DNA are not fixed – how you
see and perceive life is how
your biology will respond.
Thoughts are real things.
When we send
inappropriate signals from
our thoughts, emotions, and
intentions to our biology, the
body listens and registers
everything we say to it. In
other words, thoughts,
emotions, and intentions talk
to the body and send a
vibrational signal to the cells.
According to Bruce Lipton,
when we start to run our
biology with inappropriate
signals, the body starts to
break down and create
disease. He says that
perception controls behavior –
that your behavior and
psychology, and the behavior
of your biology, are affected.
DNA is the blueprint of
perception. As we
change our perception, we
change our biology. Our body
‘registers’ everything we feed it
with vibrations, through the
quality of our perceptions,
beliefs, thoughts, and
emotions.
Changing your mind about
something changes
everything.
Your beliefs shape your
perceptions. Your perceptions
create your experiences. If you
change the way you see
things, what you perceive
changes as well. The placebo
effect demonstrates that what

Science tells us that the
imbalance in the ratio
between negative ions, which
are life-enhancing, and
positive ions, which induce
stress in our bodies and
environments, has a profound
effect on our physical,

We can be more prone to
depression or mood swings.
Positive feelings and
experiences increase negative

AIR
We intrinsically know how to
breathe.
Ourbodies breathe without
thought. Inhalation and
exhalation are our most basic
instincts.
Breathing permits an intake, not
only of Oxygen, but also of life
force, the energy that brings forth
life, otherwise known as chi,
universal consciousness, energy,
ki, healing energy, etc.
When we get tense, we tend to
hold our breath, straining the
muscles and making movement
difficult. This is why a sense of
ease and balance is vital, and
breathing consciously lets the
body relax.
If you have any challenges when
you exercise, bring your focus to
your breath and allow it to flow
freely. Focus on softness and
slowing everything down!
One of the most significant
changes in the body is when we
become stressed. The frequency
and the quality of the breath
becomes shallow!
On a physical level, when we
become stressed, the ‘flight and
fight’ reaction is triggered in the
sympathetic nervous system,
which causes the body to release
adrenaline and cortisol.
During periods of prolonged
stress, the body starts to
decrease its ability to rejuvenate
and maintain health and vitality,
creating a vicious cycle of chronic
muscle tension and fatigue.
Being aware of the breath takes
attention away from thinking, and
invites the body to relax and let
go of stress, promoting healing
and wellbeing.

My struggles and limitations
have done one of two things.

me or forced me to be creative.

19. In order to believe in the possibilities
of my Dreams, and to take the initial
step to turn possibilities into
probabilities, and probabilities into
realities – concrete realities – there
were many things that I needed to
change in my own psyche.
I came to the realization that I should
use my imagination and vision to
create my reality. By breaking
through in my mind what I could do
and what I couldn’t do, I realized that
my mind needed to become open –
open to help the inspiration of life to
flow through, like a gentle breeze
coming in the window. It was about
believing in my dreams and facing
my fears – that held the greatest
breakthrough.
The thought that I would like to
challenge you with today is instead
of thinking of your limitations and
challenges as negative or bad, what
if you began to look at them as
blessings?
What if you looked at them as gifts
that can be used to create the fullest
life imaginable, to ignite your
unrealized potential, to open the
door to your heart and mind, and to
help you go further than you ever
thought you would go?

In The Biology of Belief and The Honeymoon Effect,
cellular biologist, Bruce Lipton, stated that genes and
DNA are not fixed.The brain communicates with all of
the cells in the body through hormones and
neurotransmitters on a physical level.
For example, if you have a negative thought, belief or
feeling, your brain triggers the fight or flight
mechanism in the body. In other words, it starts to
trigger a threat response.
Red Alert, Danger. Danger is what the cells pick up on
in the body.
The medulla sees a threat and turns on the
hypothalamus and the pituitary gland. They
communicate with the adrenal glands. The adrenal
glands start pumping out stress hormones, such as
cortisol and norepinephrine. It turns on the stress
response that activates the sympathetic nervous
system, which puts you into that fight or flight mode.
It’s an adaptive, reactive, and protective response to
danger.
Stress hormones fill the body and bathe every single
cell.
This stress response is meant to switch off after the
threat has been managed. What happens when it
doesn’t is that it starts to break down the natural
intelligence and innate wisdom of the body’s
consciousness.
To counterbalance the stress response, we have what
Herbert Benson at Harvard called the Relaxation
Response. This happens when the stress response
switches off – the parasympathetic nervous system then
switches on.
Healing hormones, including oxytocin, dopamine, and
endorphins, bathe the body. They bathe every cell in
the body with nourishment and healing.
The natural, innate intelligence of the body that
governs the natural cell repair mechanism and healing
responses in the body, only switches on when the
relaxation response is activated and the nervous system
is relaxed.
The relaxation response may be what researchers
explain as this placebo effect.
Our relaxation response is naturally hardwired intothe
body, the operative word here being ‘natural.’ And it is,
in fact, our ‘natural’ state of being, where our body is
being energized by love and harmony.
The fight or flight response, which is the stress reaction
in our emergency state of
being, happens when we are running on fear and
disharmony, or simply put, being RUN by fear and our
perception of threat and survival!
A chronic state of fear and disharmony creates Dis-
EASE. In fact, science has shown that over 80% of
diseases are stress-related.

does your ideal life look like?
Draw pictures of it – even a dream board, if you
want. Write in your journal. Spend time each day
really starting to make all those feelings concrete
– whether it be visual, auditory, or a feeling-
knowing within you of how it would feel to live
the life that you imagine to be your perfect
match.
Imagine you are living it in the now. What are you
wearing? What are you feeling?
Who are the people around you?
Where you can, make the visuals and feelings
alive. Remember, the signals you emit need to be
a vibrational match to what you want.
Focus on the Positive, Not the Negative
Focus on what you want to create, not on
what you want to let go of.
Create positive self-talk, unconditionally,
every moment of every day. At first, it
may be challenging, but where you can,
really live that sense of not talking down

your connection to the universe and how
the universe truly does what you ask of it,
through benevolence and consistency.
Allow your evolving consciousness just
15 minutes every day. This will help you
change your life by focusing on who you

Lighten Up: See yourself in the best
possible LIGHT.
In the moment, see if you can raise your
vibrations to the best possible feeling
you can access, and then focus on
expanding that. Even though you may be
having a bad day, where you feel

Action follows realization. Where we have
realizations and we don’t take action, we become

Small steps lead to big steps. How we do the little
things is how we do the big things.
Where you take action, you no longer stay in the
‘I’ve got to work something out’ phase.
In the moment, it’s as if you say, ‘What is the one
thing that I can do right now to show myself and
the universe that I’m ready to take that next
step?’ Sometimes, it can be just picking up the
phone, talking to a friend, reading a book, or
learning a new skill. Take action on what you feel
really excites you. Even if it’s a small step, it’s still
a step.
Synchronicity is a message from the Universe -
Become Aware and Observe!
Synchronicity shows us that we’re on the right
path. Of course, everyone has a right path for
them. We courageously need to live that. A
synchronicity is where the universe is showing
up and showing you a sign, so that you can take
that next step.
As you become more and more aware of the
interplay of energy in your life – of the ebb and
flow – and you begin to trust in your own
awareness, then you understand what is yours.
What isn’t yours, you return to sender. You start
to focus on witnessing things as they really are –
you pause, you step back, you take a breath, and
you move out of that ego reaction. You start to
see things as they are, knowing that in that
moment, nothing is broken. The moment is
perfect as it arrives. As you surrender to the
process, it’s almost as if you can see the divinity
working for you.
Sometimes you may need to surrender and come
back to your inner knowing. Accept what you are
feeling and know that something bigger is at
play. You may not like it, but that’s okay. Be at
peace with what is happening, knowing that you
have the power to resolve it.

to change before life shows us that there is an
imminent change outwardly. Changing our inner
signal and inner vibration is a precursor to
changing our life.

to feel connected to a greater power that moves

and nourishment in our lives. As we lighten up in
the moment and let things be, meaning we reach

can lighten up in a sense where we’re actually
raising our vibration.

you, because that’s where you’ll find the

Most fears arise from looking into the
future through the eyes of the past.
Put yourself in the driver’s seat and drive
from where you are right now, in the
direction of where you’re truly going. If
you listen to your fears, it’s like driving
your car in reverse on the freeway. Not a
peaceful experience.
Fear is a message that reminds us that we
need to keep being true to us, NOT the
fear.
Resolve it mentally, and move on.
Watch your thoughts closely. Thoughts
are real things, and like seeds planted in
the ground, they grow if you let them.
Turn disempowering thoughts into
empowering thoughts. Nip them in the
bud!!
Think good thoughts, plant positivity.
It’s easier that way. Less fear grows with
positivity!!
Remember, reality is neutral, not
subjective. It’s our take on it that makes it
swing one way or the other. It’s OUR
definition of reality that gives our reality
substance.
Is now a good time?
Focus on the positive, that’s the path that
Opens up. You focus on the negative,
that’s the path that opens up. We
CHOOSE the path by our focus.
Our focus is our control panel. Whatever
we focus on, grows. Period!
