and even many librarians remains low
• There is a need for usage data standards
• Funding for Open Access remains uncertain BUT….

Over this time period, an average of 2,843 Open Access and 57,169 non-OA titles were available. So, in March the average number of chapter uses per available title was 226.0 for Open Access and 13.6 for non-OA titles. The OA titles averaged 16.6 times as many chapter uses as non-OA titles.
