Energy Efficient Compressed Air Nozzles Case Study
About CAES India
“Compressed Air Energy Solutions - India” CAES founded by team of technocrats & expertise from
compressor air system.
CAES working on different angles how to reduce total ownership cost of compressed air system. One of
untapped area was compressed air used for cleaning, cooling, moving, sorting, blowing, aerating, washing,
degreasing, etc., On demand side min 10% to max 50% these applications contributed.
After done lot of field study on these application finally Ikeuchi Air Nozzles are energy efficient & economical
Pressure drop across Ikeuchi nozzles are very low compared to traditional nozzles & open pipes. And
also min 35% to max 60% of air reduction achieved in most of cleaning & blowing applications.
