Brand merupakan sesuatu aspek penting bagi suatu perusahaan melalui
brand suatu perusahaan akan dikenal dan dipandang baik ataupun buruk
oleh masyarakat .menurut American Marketing Association, definisi
branding adalah nama, istilah, simbol, atau rancangan atau kombinasi dari
hal hal tersebut (Rangkuti, 2009:2) suatu perusahaan harus bisa
membentuk suatu brand sedemikian rupa agar semua aspek didalamnya
dapat mengkomunikasikan satu hal yang sama sesuai dengan tujuan brand
tersebut
