Now I will make samba
festival.
What? This is Pycon and Education Summit.
What are you talking about?
I imagine
Like the samba festival,
Can we 'programming dance'
together?
Okay, What is programming
dance?
When practicing samba dance
They learned each other.
Oh! You have good movement.
I wanna learn from you.
Siyoung has a coooool movement(Yes,
I'm Siyoung). Siyoung, Show me again.
Okay, Dance with me.
What happened?
Programming will be fun, like a
festival!!!
If they can all(~) participate and
enjoy programming like samba.
The plan–
During winter vacation,
teachers, adults interested in
learning Python, families with
children, and programmers
gather to hold a camp.
Just do Simulations, discussions, retrospectives,
and all experiments they need
Hey, Go to the beginning. Why
do we need Python Samba
dance?
[Pythonista - Wonder kids]
● In Korea, Gradual learning of Python will become
compulsory in schools.
● In 2025, programming will be introduced as a high
school credit system.
● The programming language taught will be Python,
focusing on AI and data visualization.
● In 2020, over 50% of high schools in Seoul chose to
offer IT subjects.
What if data visualization was done with Python in a
social studies class?
What if they use public data APIs and express their
thoughts online?

And they all lived happily ever after.
Sadly that doesn't always
happen.
As a civic hacker, I was very
concerned.
When I read IT subject
textbook appendix.
e.g., quiz. Who made Python?
- 1. It was made by Guido Van Rossum.
- 2. No one made it because it is open source.
- 3. Created by the Python team.
- 4. Made by Google.
Hmm...
I think,
They will believe they always(~) have to find
the correct answers. Most students maybe feel
nervous when they do programming.
As you know, Errors and bugs
are not a failure or wrong.
The bug is just considered an
interesting thing.
The Teacher whom I met –
Some needed clarification. And programming
was a burden.
● Of course, I know. Learning Python is always
fun.
● But some need to find out who can help them
and how. They need support so that they can
teach well.
The Student
● Plz Don’t hate programming
Okay, then, let's start from the beginning.

I came from Korea by plane, but it only
took 23 hours. If you come with a happy
