Mechanised roof supports 2ОМТ01 and 2ОМТ41 are
representatives of roof supports product line 2ОМТ and are
intended to work with a shearer and an AFC at seams with
thickness of 1,4 to 3,0 m (2ОМТ01) and 1,4 to 3,5 m
(2ОМТ41) with inclines of up to 25° and dips of up to 10°, with
various types of roofs, including hard collapsing.
Крепь 2ОМТ01 consists of four-leg chocks with rigid rear
shield and hinged canopies; protective part is connected to
the base by system of single –lever along and cross-section
stability.
2ОМТ41 roof support consists of four-leg chocks with four-link
connection of base to side flaps and rigid rear shield or
hinged canopy (if seam thickness exceeds 2,5 m the roof
support is equipped with face control mechanism).
9. Mechanised roof supports M138VPT
Mechanised roof support М138VPT is intended for use at coal seams with thickness of 6,0 to 12,0 m by
way cutting a layer of coal and releasing the remaining coal, with inclines of up to 150 and dip of up to 100,
with various types of roofs, including hard collapsing.
Roof support is intended to work as a part of a complex with front AFC and rear chain conveyor, which is
specially designed for transportation of coal released from the top layer of coal seam.
Roof support consists of four-leg chocks with four-link mechanism of the longitudinal stability,
including rear shield, canopy with hinged console and face control mechanism, base, shutter for release of
coal onto rear chain conveyor, mechanisms for forward movement of chocks and rear conveyor and
hydraulic control system. Compared to other types supports, M138VPT, provide stability of working space
for coal release that allows increased productivity and creates safe conditions for working personnel.

Mechanised roof support M130GDV is intended for operation on thick steep seams by taking horizontal cuts
and releasing the coal onto the conveyor. This way working off cut coal is done by a short deadlock face with

During a short period of time OMT was able to design and manufacture over two hundred
conveyors, made specifically to meet particular clients’ needs.
Belt conveyors are intended to transport bulk material from underground production
equipment to the surface, transport material within the surface sorting stations, and also
for transportation of people at the mines. Conveyors can be used both as a stand-alone
equipment as well as a part of a branched out conveyor lines.
Conveyors are equipped with universal floor-standing and pendant frames with quick link
