Fully-mechanized complete implementation and chief mining engineer: Fei Mao. He has many years’
experience in underground coal mining management, equipment sourcing, equipment maintenances and
technical development in the field of low coal seam mining. He is cooperating with BHP Billiton, Vale and
Guangdong Rising Group, with rich experience in several large mine’s geological exploration, resource
evaluation (Australian Standard JORC) and mining acquisitions. Mr. Mao is the youngest Chinese member of
Australian Coal Association.

Home-manufacturing process: the localization assembly work of parts and whole machine is in process, it’s
hopeful to realize the whole machine domestication.

Coal industry is the pillar industry in China. As the increasing application of new technology in coal mine, it’s getting more
important to change transportation method into a more safe and convenient way.
Since 2004, diesel suspended mining locomotive has been adopted in domestic coal mine. They’re used for transportation
of equipment, staff and working face removal in extraction process, and achieved good benefit.
煤炭行业是我国的支柱产业。随着新的科学技术在煤矿工业的不断应用，发展高效快捷的辅助运输方式已经成为我国煤矿工业建设的一
项重要任务。自2004年以来，柴油动力单轨吊机车在国内得到一定程度的推广使用。在煤炭企业内，柴油单轨吊主要用于回采过程中
生产资料、人员的运输和工作面搬家，并取得了良好的经济效益。
As a transportation equipment, suspended mining locomotive has been applied for many years in western countries, and
greatly improved the transportation efficiency and coal production.
单轨吊车作为矿井辅助运输设备，在西方国家已经有近几十年的使用历史，较好地解决了煤矿辅助运输效率低的难题，对煤炭产量的
提高起到了积极的作用。

Compared with normal transportation method, suspended mining locomotive doesn’t have the risk of derailing and
fracturing with the features of automatic power and bemannt system.
单轨吊是具备自助动力和有人驾驶的设备，与普通运输相比，单轨吊无掉道、断绳、跑车的危险，大大减少了辅助运输安全事故发
生的概率，实现了好又快的安全生产。

By using the suspended mining locomotive, it could decrease the transportation workers and improve transportation
efficiency, which means the reduction of cost of coal per ton, meanwhile, it could be used as the backup system for
roadheader, which could save the preparation time before installation.
运输效率的提高，运输人员的减少就意味着吨煤成本的降低，同时它还可以作为综掘机掘进的配套辅助运输系统，节省工作面安装前的

The existing technology can accurately locate the position of underground personnel. Ground operators can
operate ventilation, heating or cooling of underground area according to the real-time data of underground
personnel, thus saving a lot of power costs, and helping underground personnel to obtain better working
environment.
现有的技术可以精确定位井下人员的位置，地面运控人员根据井下人员身体实时数据，
对所处的的井下区域进行通风、加热或降温等操作，從而节省大量的电力成本；并帮助井下人员获得更好的工作环境。
The system can also show the wearer's physical condition and help to deal with accidental deaths or accidents
quickly: real-time status and location of life characteristics, help to achieve rapid rescue and accurate rescue.
