GA4 is the latest version of Google Analytics.It provides new

In Google Analytics, click Settings Admin
In the Property column, click GA4 Setup Assistant. It's the
first option in the Property column.
Click Get started under I want to create a new Google
Analytics 4 property.
Use Gtm or simply install the GA4 code to your website
