Sean A. Fisher Sr. is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of The
Fisher Educational Consulting Group.
Sean is a published author, military veteran, and small business
owner. His professional experience includes almost 20 years of
public service. He has also worked as a public school educator,
human resources management professional, and project manager.
Sean has nearly a decade of experience in employee and labor
relations. He is a board trustee for a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated
to improving academic outcomes for school-aged children.
Sean has earned the following academic degrees: an education
specialist degree, a master’s degree in education, a bachelor’s
degree in education, and a post-master's degree certificate in human
resource management.
Sean is a trained organizational leadership improvement and
diversity, equity, and inclusion coach. He holds state-level and
national-level professional certifications in negotiation; human
resource management; Title IX (anti-gender discrimination and
sexual harassment) program coordination; CAI: curriculum,
assessment, and instruction employee training and development;
and diversity and inclusion in human resource management.
