Collaborating with ChatGPT to navigate the intricate world of B2B product design has truly been a game-changer for me. From the Product Definition to the Validation stage, my new AI assistant has proven invaluable in supporting me through the entire UX Design Process. It not only saved me (a lot of) time but also empowered me to delve deeper into design exploration. While I’m not a ‘prompts' expert, I'm excited to share my genuine exploration of this tool in the context of crafting a new feature for a B2B product. This document is especially focusing on the conversational aspect of our collaboration such as when it explained to me a technical concept with analogies or when I pushed it to brainstorm ideas and develop one. A small disclaimer before the UX research community chimes in. Let's acknowledge that AI has clear limits compared to traditional research involving real humans and that it is also the victim of its own biases. However, in a world where companies' UX maturity and the budget allocated to research might face constraints, ChatGPT seems to provide an appealing alternative.
