an OTA.

local information, to entice guests to subscribe to your email list.
• Encourage guests to join your loyalty program, offering email

• Avoid spam trigger words like "claim" or "win," or excessive
exclamation marks to prevent spam filters.
• Use emojis sparingly and relevantly for added visual appeal.

• 3 months or more away, if occupancy is high (50-60% or more?),
raise rates by 15%
• 1-3 months, occupancy is high, raise rates by 10%
• Within 7 days, if occupancy is at or below 50% (40-50?), lower my
rates by 10%
Things to consider:
• How far in advance do people usually book your property?
• Are there any special events (concert, sporting event) nearby? Make
sure to price those days/weeks correctly to begin with.
