Formulating and implementing yearly and quarterly sales strategies for all the retailers, Direct outlets and account plans Review management accounts and manage profit and loss per retailer on a yearly and monthly basis Negotiate trading terms with all major retailers Responsible for negotiating all space on a head office, regional and store level Key customer meetings with CEO, Operations Directors, Merchandising Directors and Buyers (Game, Makro, Pick n Pay, Checkers, Builders, Mica, Spar) Compile annual divisional budgets and regular tracking of performance against budget at monthly divisional meetings and weekly sales meetings with representatives, area representatives and are managers Present and plan quarterly sales conferences
