DOWNTIME
As is the case with any procedure,
you stay home from work and take a
break from your usual exercise
routine for a while after a neck lift.
Most people return to work after 3-5
days.
You may need to avoid certain types
of physical activity for up to two
weeks. Review your personal exercise

Take some time off to heal.

5. "WHAT ABOUT
LIPOSUCTION?"
Liposuction alone may be all you need to
rejuvenate your neck. It depends on the skin.
If the degree of sagging skin is minimal, and
excess fat around the throat is the main
problem, then liposuction may be adequate.
Any moderate or severe sagging of the skin
requires the surgical removal completed
during a neck lift.
It may be beneficial for

6. Swelling and bruising is normal after a neck lift. Your final
results will become clear as the swelling goes away during
the first two weeks after surgery. Minor amounts of swelling
