A “hub app” is the core requirement to become the de-facto user experience for
Firstline Workers
Schedule management is mission critical workload, tying together time, task,
location of the Firstline Workers. Features based on ON/OFF Shift critical
Being able to distribute and take action is fundamental to driving operational
efficiency and digitizing workflows – True digital transformation needs tasks
Unification of comms simplifying the experience: Chat, Calling, Announcements,
“Video Stand-Ups”, Live broadcast, Walkie Talkie
Verticalization expressed through LOB Apps exposed via SPFX, SPO, PowerApps,
bots or React and integration with customer specific business processes
Understanding the user and developing the targeting layer allows for
