Purpose:
To allow external users to edit the database for names and number of streets,
parcels, blocks, neighborhood, districts and regions.
To control the fields that are editable by the external users.

have capability to update the
information as soon as it is
become avialalble.
LCD Data Entry Management System (LDMS)

Staff designated for LCD data entry
Purpose:
Automation of LCD data entry to be used by DIS and DEED application
Ensure that the data is entered is correct and as per specification of LCD
Synchronize ArcSDE Data with the new data generated.

To produce the deeds as per specification of deed and get it approved using automated
workflow and digital signitures.

Survey Mapping Application (SMA/LCD)

Purpose:
This application was developed to help the automation of the LCD production for
the existing subdivisions. It also provide layover of utilities to provide sketch
diagrams. The system enables contractors and other RCY employees to request the
Survey Work Request (SWR)from survey section

raised survey work request and to
determine whether the requests
can be completed automatically or
to created manually.

Purpose:
This application enables the user to enter the test results for the samples gathered
from the field. It further allows to enter date it was gathered and the result date. It
also allows historical representation of various readings at a single sampling station.

  • 36. Interactive Printing Wizard Central Printing application uses interactive printing wizard that will display user available options as well gather the requirements for the map that is not available online at the moment.
  • 37. Job Assignment and tracking CPA allows the GIS Section to manage map printing requests in the form of jobs and assign it to staff for preparing requested map (if not available online) and print the designed maps.
  • 38. Street Address System (SAS) Stakeholder: GIS Section Naming and Numbering Section Target Audience: Naming and Number Department Users GIS Section administrator Purpose: To allow external users to edit the database for names and number of streets, parcels, blocks, neighborhood, districts and regions. To control the fields that are editable by the external users.
  • 39. Information Editing The system allows the user to select any of the allowed layers to be edited by external users. It also allows user to copy information from one feature to another feature with the preconfigured field mapping to avoid errors in data entry.
  • 40. Configuration and Field Mapping CPA allows the GIS Section to control the information that can be modified as well what attributes can be transferred between 2 different layers.
  • 41. Cadastral Mapping System (CADMS) Stakeholder: Survey Section Target Audience: Engineering offices Users Purpose: To provide digital copies of topographical maps to its users To provide Civil 3D files of topographic maps to its users Explorer for topographical map
  • 42. Topographic Data Explorer CADMS allows its user to explore and to perform analysis on topographic GIS Data collected for community region.
  • 43. Export Topographic Data for Print CADMS allows its user to export digital maps for printing. The user can export multiple sheets upon selection as well as download complete Civil 3D file for whole district.
  • 44. Contour Data Explorer (CDE) Stakeholder: GIS Section Target Audience: RCY users Purpose: Explorer of 3D contour data collected by Survey Section
  • 45. Elevation Data Explorer Visually identify the elevation of the area of interest. The system have capability to update the information as soon as it is become avialalble.

LCD Data Entry Management System (LDMS) Stakeholder: GIS Section Target Audience: Staff designated for LCD data entry Purpose: Automation of LCD data entry to be used by DIS and DEED application Ensure that the data is entered is correct and as per specification of LCD Synchronize ArcSDE Data with the new data generated.

Deed Information System (DIS/DEED) Stakeholder: Properties Department GIS Section Target Audience: Properties Department Employees GIS Section Employee GIS Section Head Urban Planning Department Manager Purpose: To produce the deeds as per specification of deed and get it approved using automated workflow and digital signitures.
  • 50. Digital Signatures The Deed application allows its users to assess the deed electronically and approve and reject it accordingly. The system will place signatures upon approvals and remove it if rejected.
  • 51. Complete Follow-up of Deed Case Deed Information system allows its users to raise a deed request and assign to personnel to prepare it. The system sends automated emails as the case is assigned to someone.
  • 52. Survey Mapping Application (SMA/LCD) Stakeholder: Survey Section Target Audience: Contractors and Engineering office representatives Survey Section Employees Purpose: This application was developed to help the automation of the LCD production for the existing subdivisions. It also provide layover of utilities to provide sketch diagrams. The system enables contractors and other RCY employees to request the Survey Work Request (SWR)from survey section
  • 53. Survey Mapping Application SMA allows its users to follow up a raised survey work request and to determine whether the requests can be completed automatically or to created manually.
  • 54. Location Coordinate Diagram LCD allows its user to automatically create an LCD and if needed overlay it with utilities to produce sketch diagram.
  • 55. Geographic Environment System (GES) Stakeholder: Environmental Protection Department Target Audience: Environmental Protection Department Employees Purpose: This application enables the user to enter the test results for the samples gathered from the field. It further allows to enter date it was gathered and the result date. It also allows historical representation of various readings at a single sampling station.
  • 56. Environmental Data The system allows the users to gather the samples and enter results for them from following types of stations • Seawater (Marine) Monitoring Station • Industrial Discharge Points • Potable Water Monitoring Station • Ground Water Monitoring Station • Air Quality Monitoring Station
  • 57. Historic Representation of Results The system archives each result and archives them for future analysis.
  • 58. Building Permit System (BPS) Stakeholder: Engineering Department Target Audience: Engineering Department Employees Purpose: The system allows the users to issue building permits for new building construction or renovation of existing building. It is also integrated with deed information system in order to reduce data entry errors by duplication.

Industrial Management System (IMS) Stakeholder: Industrial Investment Department GIS Section Target Audience: Industrial Investment Department Purpose: Industrial management system enables its user to search for suitable site for an industrial proposal. It helps to search for vacant land with certain services present and provide statistics for the industries already present.
