Too often, we -- as society, the public, as citizens, as guardians and sports fans -- do not
challenge ourselves. I am here to challenge you. Our aquatic world makes an elegant
vehicle for approaching and conquering challenges.
The challenge is to lift ourselves. Then, in turn, lift the others.
Challenge individuals, and at times groups of the overall club, to slide beyond their normal
routines.
SKWIM games are leverage points for attacking mediocracy.
Devote moments of pre-game, in-game and post-game to giving the players the support
they need to rise to the challenge of being great.
If we don't play a bit ourselves. We won't be able to play well and LEAD among others.
SKWIM (and positive, successful game play) HELPS PEOPLE
BREAK DOWN mental barriers.
