2. The motivation
• We were a dedicated team of
maintenance and support service
• We maintained many small systems
• Our business was stable at that time
• However, all of the systems should
have the end of life

3. Our challenge
• Migration Access VBA to Java
• Java was fast and stable but strict
• Web UI was poorer than MS Access
• We were looking for new technologies

• Contents distribution service
• Lean startup (implicitly)
