2. What is Google Meet?
● Google Meet is a video conferencing solution developed by Google.
● It enables real-time virtual meetings, fostering remote collaboration.
● With its user-friendly interface, participants can join through links or
invitations.
● The platform offers high-quality audio and video, integrated seamlessly with
other Google tools.
● Security features ensure safe and private communication during meetings.

3. Click on the new meeting to
create a video meeting.
Go to the setting
for video and
audio settings

4. From this setting you can
choose to mute the mic and
audio and also video and
audio devices.

5. First photo is of PC Screen and the
second one is of the mobile screen.
Make sure that you rotate your screen
from portrait to landscape for better
experience.

screen to present in the
meeting

13. What is Zoom?
● zoom or Zoom Meetings, is a
proprietary videotelephony
software program developed by
Zoom Video Communications.
● The free plan allows up to 100
concurrent participants, with a 40-
minute time restriction.
● Users have the option to upgrade by
subscribing to a paid plan.
