Autocrat is a Google Sheets add-on that automates document generation

Ed.Ted:
Ed.Ted is a platform offering educational videos and lessons designed to
inspire curiosity and learning. It features engaging talks by experts on a
wide range of topics, making learning accessible and enjoyable.

6. Give Heading and Title.

7. Add Description to Clear the topic and purpose of Quiz / Form.

16. Add Extension (Autocrat) in Attached Sheet to your Quiz/ Form.

Upload this
document in
Google Slides

24. Add Certificate or any other template that you
want to auto genarate.
This file should be in your Google Drive.

genarate automaticaly .

Give the path to auto collect data.

32. You can add CC and BCC.
In BCC you can add your own mail ID for
reference.(If required)
Type a message to your certificate
receiver to show your gratitude.

Run on form trigger: Get Certificate instant
after submitting Quiz/form.
Time Triggers: Generate Certificate as per
your selected time.
Save your program & Run.

35. After that you can share Google Form/ Quiz.
