7. The design allows to build energy efficient buildings
- Buildings designed with high level of insulation (glass,
windows and walls) in order to achieve a low transmittance value
- Sun protection and sun shadowing systems are applied
- High efficiency equipments (pumps, ventilators, motors) in
air conditioning systems
- Heat recovery in AHUs
- Low consumption lights
