The westside CNIP (Comprehensive Neighborhood Improvement Program) group is partnering with the project to realign Frazier Avenue to line up with Wesley Heights Way. The two projects will be built simultaneously. This will allow access from Wesley Heights Way to 5th Street. This road will be used during construction to allow local access for the Wesley Heights area. This will also include a traffic signal at the newly created intersection of Wesley Heights Way/Trade & Frazier.
