"Instituto de Libre Empresa (ILE)" is a non profit
private centre of thought and foster of free
market ideas, which shares the objective to make
public of values and virtues of entrepreneurial
freedom in Perú and world.
Founded in december, 1998

To advance entrepreneurial freedom ensuring a irrestrictly
moral and economic defense of private property, free market
and limited goverment through these strategic objectives:
1) General cut of taxes and elimination of unfair taxes.
2) Elimination of state regulations from
municipalities, ministries and other governmental agencies.
3) Increase of using private regulations.
4) Public recognition of moral right of businessmen to
enjoy completely their gains.
