TRIOA is a vanguard brand in the field of Nozzles-atomizer electrostatic oiling technology. Different from the Knife
Blade technique, the so-called one-step traditional oiling technique which totally relies on the atomization charged

5. 工作原理：
设定带宽和涂油量后，PLC会根据带速的变化而输入相应的命令调节计量泵的供油量。油品通过
计量泵进入喷嘴后被雾化及荷电变成微米的油雾带电颗粒，同时大颗粒雾化的油雾经过雾化机构
筛选后，再进入高压吸附电场。高压电场是由上下两对负电极与钢带形成，由于钢带接地，形成
正极。最后，根据静电同极相斥，异极相吸的原理，吸附电场里荷电的油雾颗粒均匀的吸附在移
动的带板上。
How it Works:
After setting of coating weight and coating width, PLC will command metering pump
properly according to synchronous line speed. The quantified oil enters the nozzle
through the metering pump for atomization and charging to form charged oil particles in
micrometers; at the same time, big charged oil particles will be screened in the atomiza-
tion chamber, then goes into the electrostatic adsorption chamber.
Since the strip is grounding and according to the law of physics “like charges repel,
unlike charges attract”, the charged oil mist will be adsorbed on the surface of the
strip by electrostatic force in adsorption chamber.

How it Works:
The nozzle system educts oil from the reservoirs, atomizing it into
micron-sized particles in the fog chamber. Any large droplets impinge
on and flow down the sides of the chamber, returning to the reservoir.
A constant air pressure to the nozzles produces oil mist at a fixed rate,
filling the chambers with a uniform oil fog. Approximately 100 times more
oil mist is produced than is required to satisfy the maximum operating
conditions. Controlled airflow enters the fog chambers from the air
plenums, moving the oil mist past baffles which help remove any larger
droplets. The oil mist then moves from the ionizing wires charges the oil
particles negatively.After the mist passes through the ionizers, the nega
tively charged repelling plates force the charged mist particles toward the
surfaces of the moving strip. Since the strip is at ground potential, the
charged mist particles are also attracted toward the strip.

焊丝焊材专用静电涂油机，是针对金属焊丝或者不锈钢焊丝的特殊润滑要求而设计的一款专用静电涂
油机。焊丝焊材的涂油目的为用于防锈及润滑减小焊丝在送丝过程中的摩擦力，同时又不能增加焊丝
的发烟量。对于焊丝需要配合特殊的AL-503焊材润滑油，对于金属丝后续需要喷漆等工艺可以涂覆
DOS油。
CWR Electrostatic Oiler was designed for special lubricating requirements of the metal
welding wires or stainless steel welding wires. The welding wires and welding materials
are oiled only for rust prevention and lubrication and to reduce friction of the welding
wires in the feeding process without increasing the smoke amount of them. For the
welding wires, the special AL-503 welding wire lubricating oil should be matched; for
metal wires requiring following painting process, the DOS oil can be applied.

合开发出国内第一台测量纳米厚油膜重量的专利产
品，用于测量涂覆于镀锡板表面的DOS油，ATBC油，
DOS-A油及BSO油等油品每平方米的克重。这些油品
是具有亲水性的极性基且在水面上扩散成一定数量
的单分子膜，本仪器利用这个油的特性将镀锡板表
面的油转移到清洁的水面上，通过测定油的单分子
膜的面积，计算出板带单位表面积的涂油克重。
OMA, also called Hydrophilic Balance orSOM-A
China’s first patented product used for oil
film measurement jointly developed by TRIOA
and Baosteel Group, is used for measuring
milligrams per square meter of DOS oil, ATBC
oil, DOS-A oil and BSO oil coated on the
surface of a plate. These oils have hydrophil-
ic polar radicals, and can spread to form a
certain amount of single monomolecular films
on the water surface. By utilizing such
characteristic of the oils, the instrument
transfers the oil on the surface of the plate
to the clean water surface and calculates the
milligram weight of the oil volume on the unit
surface of the plate by measuring the area of
the monomolecular films of the oil.

DOS英文Dioctyl Sebacate，化学名称，葵二酸二辛脂是为无色无味，或颜色为淡黄色透明液
体。用于食品包装容器的原材料的防锈，润滑及提高冲压等需要，广泛应用于镀锡板卷，马口
铁基板、镀铬板卷（TFS）、印铁板及铝箔等防锈与润滑。
PARALIQ食品级静电冲压油是与德国克鲁勃公司合作开发，适合于铝箔餐盒生产过程中的冲压
润滑等与食品接触的食品包装材料上，符合NSF的3H认证，也满足于HFCE HALAL伊斯兰食品级
认证。

178.3570. It is also registered as HFCE HALAL. The lubricant was developed for
incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing,
cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.
Dioctyl Sebacate Acid (DOS-A) is an excellent anti-rust and lubricant
character used in electrolytic tinplate(ETP), Tin-free Steel(TFS) and
aluminum foil (can) .
