results suggest that it would be necessary to develop various programs
to improve health-promoting behavior and job satisfaction. to reduce
job stress, to enhance job satisfaction of medical technologist and to
solve health conditions and efforts of health, it is necessary to develop
and apply plans for administrative support and arbitration programs.
Educational programs should be devised to promote healthy lifestyle
and also to achieve early detection and appropriate intervention.
