3. Creative FALSE CEILING
Simply Sublime: AtenaDéco the
Atena division dedicated to the
aesthetic finishing of the metal false
ceilings and coverings has been
studied to realize, project after
project, original effects that exceed
any imagination.
Sublimation of any image or aesthetic effect such as wood,
leather, marble, can be reproduced on metal surface with
extreme realism; bas-reliefs and moldings for a three-
dimensional result, drilling and laser cutting of decorative
drawings, post-painting of any RAL color and gloss degree with

5. Situated on the island of
Amager, close to Copenhagen
Airport, the Blue Planet opened
in 2013 is the largest and most
modern aquarium in northern
Europe, with a spiral design
which is unique in the world.
Designed by Danish studio 3XN,
the Blue Planet Concept has
been inspired by nature, in this
sense it has been conceived
to create the adventurous
feeling of fishes in their natural
elements.
It contains 7,000,000 litres of
water, divided into 53 exhibits.
This monumental place
celebrates the Earth’s aquatic
biodiversity and it homes
20,000 fishes and aquatic
animals representing 450
different species –150 more
than in the old aquarium.
With a floor space of 9,000
square metres and technical
systems running round the
clock, the Blue Planet is a
modern sustainable building.
For this project Atena S.p.A.
has realized all baffle false
ceilings custom-made in size,
shape and finishing.

6. Solutions for RETAIL Mestre Nave de Vero Italy
Nave de Vero shopping centre
designed by Design international, is
the first commercial project in Italy
to achieve BREEAM certification
with rating “very good”. BREEAM
(Building Research Establishment
Environmental Assessment
Methodology) sets the standard for
best practice in sustainable building
design.
Transparency, natural light and
environmental sustainability are the
architectural aims for Nave de Vero.
For this project Atena S.p.A. has
realized several elements from column
and partition coverings to special false
ceilings of galeries and shops.

7. The new building of the
Azerbaijan Carpet Museum open
for visitors from september
2014, is the treasury of
Azerbaijan national Culture.
Established for researching,
keeping and displaying carpets
and carpet items, as well as
applied art works, the Museum
has the most large collection of
Azerbaijan carpets in the world,
of different weaving techniques
and materials.
The Museum was set up in
1967, and the first exhibition
was opened in1972. Its
collection numbers more than
10.000 objects, including
ceramics, metal works, jewelry
from Bronze Age, metal works
of 14th century. Carpets and
carpet items of the 17th-20th
cc.; gold and silver adornment,
national garment and
embroidery; applied art works of
modern period.
Recognized as Intangible
Heritage of UNESCO, the
Presidente Ilahm Aliyev
of Azerbaijan, wanted an
appropriate structure for the
custody of valuable collection of
carpets. The new building has
been conceived to represent the
high artistic and cultural value
of this place.
Made in Project signed the
interior design, planning
spaces, functional areas and
objects display to assure
the best visitor experience
according sustainability criteria
of building construction and life.
