2. Akshara Polymers
Akshara Polymers was started in the year 2015 with Mrs. Raja Rajeswari and Mr.
Natesan as its partners at Thirumudivakkam, Chennai.
Akshara Polymers is the first uPVC extrusion plant in Chennai.
We import Extrusion Machinery and high quality stainless steel mold for making uPVC
profiles for windows and doors.
On July 25th 2022, we started our new factory in Chengalpet.
Our products have the Tamil Nadu Housing Board’s approval, Central Public Works
Department and Green Building’s approval.
3. What is uPVC?
uPVC stands for unPlasticized Polyvinyl Chloride.
It is a type of rigid plastic used in the construction industry for windows, doors, pipes
and other building materials.

5. Sliding Windows Sliding windows also known as gliding windows, that operate by
sliding horizontally along the track. It consists of two or more
sashes that slide past each other horizontally on the track. One
sash remains stationary while the other slides horizontally to
open and close the window. This sliding mechanism is facilitated
by rollers for smooth operation.
