2. One of the barriers to scaling up assisted living technologies (ALTs)
is the shortfall of training opportunities for practitioners along with
the lack of a recognised qualification for competence in their
suitability and use.
As a result, awareness of assistive living technologies remains low amongst
managers and consequently frontline staff and those who need them

• Accredited course that can support continuous professional learning
• A course which is accessible via blended learning
