We want to apply celebrations as transformative energetics of cultures via soft power diplomacy for the people. We believe that once we connect ourselves at the energetic level; especially via celebrations, the pinnacle of high consciousness, we can shift our perceptions understandings; therefore connects at a different level decisions making. This research may possibly inspire cultures away from the current logical linear patterns that tends to create separations and deeper into the emotional intelligence that naturally welcome possibilities that it is easy to do and simple to share towards a more sustainable world.

1. ABSTRACT:
Celebrations have been the way civilization and cultures connect with our human’s highest aptitude;
human’s intelligences and creativity! The modalities of intelligence and creativity PLUS FUN connect us at
our deepest levels of consciousness!These consciousness levels of understanding go beyond the levels of
self-respect and morals ethics; deep into emotional psyche and at visceral connections of sharing, offerings
and acceptance. Hence without these proper intentions may create negative conscious and subconscious
behaviors to arise such as in addictions and negative thinking (ego based derivatives).
In today's modern times, due to monetize based system, we have detouraway from the meanings of real
celebrations. Modern festivals such as Burning Man are just beginning to scratch the surface of what it
means and break away from these modern conditionings. The 10 principles of Burningman such as radical
inclusion, gifting, decommodification, radical self-reliance/self-expression, civic responsibility, leaving no
trace at the immediacy and participatory level plays a huge role in the development of a positive ‘personal’
freedom and initiate the promotions of lean /communities at their gatherings.The freedom that everyone
can come togetherand share in these extreme creative celebrations, with no strings attached,offers more
than the dynamics of release and balance from today’s stressfulworld. Yet even with no trace leave behind
and strong principles (listed above), there seemed to be a huge amount of excess that still naturally occurs
due to today’s systemic (consumer based) conditioning of services, materials, products and ideals for mass
consumptions; brought to the Burning man festivals.
WOW Bali, a sustainable and regenerative NGO, recognized for its International “celebrations”
framework; adapted from the Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, wants to create a social experiment
and research new dynamics at these festivals. We want to transculturate in a learning exchange at Burning
Man of how to apply the use creativity processes via the arts; combined via sacredness and the elementals
as an offering to our highest imagination, a ‘WOW dynamics’ is what we have coined it. The goals are to
seek sustainable and regenerative (easy to do and simple to share) developmental processes for community
based development. The Balinese has showcased this ‘wow dynamics’ as a living culture and how their
celebrations and ceremonies has endured for a thousand years; as enablers for social developments (even in
current times still thriving). Celebrations and ceremonies are not just the way the Balinese mark the
seasonaland harvested occasions but as a form of paying tribute to their gods; an offering of their highest
imagination in processes,used as a tool for the social developments of their communities, to connect more
deeply in the spirit of together. In short, creative processes that connect us to the elementals have been
proven to create imprints at the DNA (cellular) levels of knowing through cognitive science. Experiential
knowledge that embraces our highest imagination develops positives behaviors and habits in the spirit of
togetherness are very powerful affects for collaborative networks. Celebrations and ceremonies can be used
as a very powerful tool for human transformations and social development towards sustainable and
regenerative cultures; especially if they are fun; easy to do and simple to share!
This year of 2018 at Disorient Camp (a veteran camp at Burning Man), WOW Bali has been offered a
space in the Hexagon (bee hive) Habitat to share our celebrations framework for a research case study.Our
interdisciplinary research processes in sharing transcultural and creative collaborations for regenerative
development via multiple intelligences and integration of creative arts for social innovations might have
mass markets effects. The goals are to integrate modern methodologies of creativity; from intentful
autonomy via architecture, creative expressions, and technology TO dynamic wellness, fashion and living
arts into sacred understandings fromancient (traditional and indigenous) cultures. We want to apply
