City Manager

David Frasher has worked for several city governments over the past two decades. He currently serves as the City Manager in Oregon City, Oregon, a role through which he manages the city’s budget and oversees the operations of government programs. Mr. Frasher embarked on a career in public service after operating a private practice law firm for five years. He left the practice to accept the position of City Administrator in Oak Grove, Missouri. In this capacity, David Frasher established a new requirement for all staff: customer service training certification. He also acquired more than $500,000 in grants to increase the efficiency of government services in Oak Grove in just three years.
