Waterproofing of Terrace using MYK Arment WPE1. This building is 45 years old and had a very less maintenance. The Screed has given up at some place there was a water seepage below. Vegetation had grown and the roots has deboned the screed. Entire roof was washed using high pressure water jet before application of primer. Post Primer 2 coats of single component PU was coated including parapet wall to form a monolithic membrane.
