It is home to the World’s largest river, the Amazon River.

It is home to the largest Oxygen producer, The Amazon Rainforest.
Vampire Bats dwell in the rainforest and can spread the rabies virus.
Brazil is the largest country in South America, covering approx. 47.3% of the continent's land area and encompassing around half of the continent's population.

the Western Hemisphere and mostly in
the Southern Hemisphere, with a relatively
small portion in the Northern Hemisphere.

the Pacific Ocean and on the north and east

South America is a continent on Earth at
latitude 26°08 - 54.29″ South, longitude 60°53
- 57.85″ West.
South America is thought to have
been inhabited by humans when
people were crossing the Bering
Strait at least 15,000 years ago
from the territory that is present-
day Russia.
9. Nazca Lines
Nazca in Peru is another mysterious
place. The Nazca Desert is famous for its
mysterious geoglyphs called the Nazca
lines.
There are some more lines that resemble
air strips. All these drawings span
kilometers together in the desert. The
weirder thing is that they are visible as
drawings only from the sky. No one
knows exactly when these geoglyphs
were drawn nor the purpose of these
drawings. Scholarly estimate is that they
were drawn between 400 and 650 CE.
