potential, or actual delays, and submit reports accordingly.
 Develop and secure approval of, implement and administer, project budgets, bid

 Conduct periodic reviews and reconciliation of financial reports.
 Act as a primary contact with external consultants; provides technical or topical

submittal review and payment request, monthly OAC meetings at job
site, billing. Phase 2: design and CD and specification production.
