2. REVERSE ENGINEERING
Process of tearing down a component or a product to the lowest level possible
• To know how a system works and to get an idea about the task carried out
• To recreate or make a new innovation out of the learning from the
teardown to overcome complexities with a new product

3. STAPLER
• A stapler is a mechanical device that joins pages of paper or similar
material by driving a thin metal staple through the sheets and folding the
ends. Staplers are widely used in government, business, offices, work
places, homes and schools
• Manufacturing Co.'s inventions were to be used to staple boxes and books.
The first machine to hold a magazine of many pre-formed staples came out
in 1878. On February 18, 1879, George McGill received patent 212,316 for
the McGill Single-Stroke Staple Press, the first commercially successful
stapler.

5. TEARDOWN
• The Process of dismantling the assembly part by part
• To identify parts used by dismantling
• To know the function of each part and sub parts
• Examining parts to the smallest level
• To understand the make of the product
• To understand the processes involved and assemblies employed

6. FREE HAND SKETCHING
• Drawn without using instruments such as ruler or a pair of compasses.
• Two types of pictorial sketches are frequently used in freehand sketching
• They are oblique and isometric.
• Enables visualization of an idea in the form of a sketch.
• To dimension the part wherever needed
• To create a simple drawing of part before design phase

13. FUTURE SCOPE
• The report estimates the overall global Surgical Stapler industry size, share,
trends by analyzing historical data and prospects from 2022 to 2032. The
research provides an understanding of domain performance across historic
years, present year, and future projections. The study provides a picture of
the domains foundation and framework. The assessment of segments'
shares and growth helps understand the domains position.

14. INFERENCE
• In this Reverse Engineering course, we got an idea about the technical
approach of any products.
• Assembling and dismantling of an object.
• Free hand sketching of the components and parts.
• Material selection for any given components.
• We came to know about the functional structures of the products.
• Product structure gives an idea about the process and parts involved in the
given components.
