A Retro Retro. Took some old adds as a theme of which some are questionable. Enough to get a discussion going and maybe get a little chuckle out of things you made in the past that you now probably won't do again.

1. Briefly explain the theme for this retro.
If you encounter something and ask
yourself if this really happened and was
considered normal, just remember the
Prime Directive. In hindsight maybe
somethings were not the best of moves but
that’s just too easy to say.

2. This is the check-in. We do this to see
what the mood is of everybody.
Should not take more then 5 minutes.
But if things are heated let team
members vent out before moving on.

3. This is the main activity of this retrospective. Go
to your prepared online cooperation tool and
have the team place at least one card in each of
the columns.
Place a link here to your online tool. I’ve made
use of Trello.

4. This one is a remake of an old add. Used it as
an alternate take on this check-out. It’s a nice
reminder of where we are as a team. Should
not take more then a minute or two.
