CONSTITUTION
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
OBJECTIVES:
To promote and nurture an
enduring interest in and loyalty to
the school.
To effectively harness the talents,
energies, and contributions of
alumni towards constructive
endeavors for the school.

THE NATIONAL UN VOLUNTEERS-INDIA
To establish a standardized
organizational structure and
coordinated program for alumni.
To develop goals and coordinate
efforts aimed at their
achievement.
To advance the cultural, academic,
and literary pursuits of its
members.
To support the President, Board of
Trustees, staff, faculty, and student
body in improving the institution.
To publish and distribute materials
related to the school and its
alumni.
To organize and conduct alumni
meetings.
To assist in recruiting students for
higher education and provide
appropriate scholarships.
To encourage alumni and friends
to generously support the
institution through gifts, devices,
and bequests.
To engage in any appropriate
activities to fulfill the above
objectives and purposes.
THE ASSOCIATION STRIVES TO
ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES
THROUGH THE FOLLOWING
ACTIONS:
Serving as the coordinating and
communication link between
Alumni and the school.
Mobilizing Alumni support for
school betterment through
chapters, committees, and
individual contacts.
Conducting programs to
strengthen the school-alumni
relationship, attract students,
recognize achievements, and
enhance pride and commitment to
the school.
WE ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES
BY:
Operating under an organizational
structure enabling goal-setting
and achievement.
Establishing an effective
leadership board employing
alumni talents to serve
constructively.
Coordinating programs or
meetings with cultural or academic
purposes to generate interest,
loyalty, or support for the school.
Regularly communicating with
chapter members, staff, and the
Executive Committee.
Collaborating with the PTA to
assist in student recruitment.
Actively fundraising to endow
scholarship(s) for local students
attending the school.
ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MAY
CHOOSE TO FOCUS ON SOME OR
ALL OF THE GOALS LISTED
BELOW:
Cultivate continued interest in the
school among alumni and friends.
Connect alumni for social and
business relationship building.
Provide continuing
education/enrichment experiences
showcasing faculty,
administrators, and athletic
programs.
Encourage alumni membership in
the Alumni Association.
Provide scholarships and support
to local students, encouraging
higher education.
Improve the local community
through community service.
CONSTITUTION:

updated.

everything happening in and
around the community.
Be Involved: Opportunities for
involvement bring a richer
experience.
Be Complete: Explore all benefits

  • 1. AZEEZ SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION CONSTITUTION ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OBJECTIVES: To promote and nurture an enduring interest in and loyalty to the school. To effectively harness the talents, energies, and contributions of alumni towards constructive endeavors for the school. School Alumni Association Constitution DATE: 10.11.2023 PUBLISHED THE NATIONAL UN VOLUNTEERS-INDIA
  • 2. To establish a standardized organizational structure and coordinated program for alumni. To develop goals and coordinate efforts aimed at their achievement. To advance the cultural, academic, and literary pursuits of its members. To support the President, Board of Trustees, staff, faculty, and student body in improving the institution. To publish and distribute materials related to the school and its alumni.
  • 3. To organize and conduct alumni meetings. To assist in recruiting students for higher education and provide appropriate scholarships. To encourage alumni and friends to generously support the institution through gifts, devices, and bequests. To engage in any appropriate activities to fulfill the above objectives and purposes. THE ASSOCIATION STRIVES TO ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES THROUGH THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS:
  • 4. Serving as the coordinating and communication link between Alumni and the school. Mobilizing Alumni support for school betterment through chapters, committees, and individual contacts. Conducting programs to strengthen the school-alumni relationship, attract students, recognize achievements, and enhance pride and commitment to the school. WE ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES BY:
  • 5. Operating under an organizational structure enabling goal-setting and achievement. Establishing an effective leadership board employing alumni talents to serve constructively. Coordinating programs or meetings with cultural or academic purposes to generate interest, loyalty, or support for the school. Regularly communicating with chapter members, staff, and the Executive Committee. Collaborating with the PTA to assist in student recruitment.
  • 6. Actively fundraising to endow scholarship(s) for local students attending the school. ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MAY CHOOSE TO FOCUS ON SOME OR ALL OF THE GOALS LISTED BELOW: Cultivate continued interest in the school among alumni and friends. Connect alumni for social and business relationship building. Provide continuing education/enrichment experiences showcasing faculty, administrators, and athletic programs.
  • 7. Encourage alumni membership in the Alumni Association. Provide scholarships and support to local students, encouraging higher education. Improve the local community through community service. CONSTITUTION: Be Connected: Enjoy shared personal and professional connections; keep information updated. Be Informed: Stay abreast of everything happening in and around the community.
