In this research we define Functional Strategies & Strategic Audit recommendations for the CSR department taking into consideration the company's External and Internal analysis using Pestel, Porter's Five Forces & Diamond Model, as well as Stakeholders' Analysis, Competitive assessment, and SBU performance.
