Performance Wheel for Coaching / Supervision sessions
1. Directions:
The eight segments of the wheel represent different aspects of your working life. You can change the
labels to suit your job role.
Seeing the centre of the wheel as 0, & the outer edges as 10, rank your current level of performance in
each segment, by drawing a line within each segment at the level you believe that you are working at.
Look at your completed wheel – if this were a real wheel, how bumpy would the ride be?
Discuss your completed wheel with your Supervisor, or a Coach to determine which areas you would like to
focus upon to develop.
Find someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, so that you can see what you don’t want to
see, so you can be what you always wanted to be.
