This document describes the positions and movements of a dance routine. It outlines 5 positions with corresponding arm and leg placements including: raising arms in front of the chest with feet close together; opening arms out to the sides below shoulder level while spreading feet apart; raising one arm overhead while the other remains in the lower position and bringing one heel to the other foot; raising one arm in a half circle while the other remains overhead and bringing one foot in front of the other; and raising both arms overhead with one heel touching the toes of the other foot.
