On May 23rd, 2018, Amanat Hassan gave a presentation titled "Project Management" at The Entrepreneurship School in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The presentation defined a project, outlined the 5 stages of a project as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. It also discussed the project management triangle of time, cost, and scope, the 7S's of project management, and the 3D's (definition, deliverables, dependencies).
