grime, sweat and pollution have taken over. Keep on top of cleaning without going overboard, by

Try to avoid wearing makeup frequently. Makeup is known to clog pores and create acne and
blackheads. Try to make sure it is a water based product and do not forget to wash it all off before
going to bed if you must wear makeup. The longer you leave it on, the more like it is to get
breakouts.
If you see lots of acne activity in the areas around your mouth, avoid drinking hot beverages. Piping-
hot drinks can damage the skin near your mouth through heat and steam, both of which weaken
your skin's natural resistance to bacteria and other acne-inducing factors. Stick to cooler
temperatures to heal acne near your mouth.
Dairy products have been shown to increase the number of breakouts that a person may have. You
may see that the number of breakouts and pimples are reduced, as well, if you can reduce the
number of dairy products that you include in your diet. A simple diet change may lead to a great
change in your complexion.
As tempting as it may be, do not pop pimples. By popping pimples, you are pushing infected material
deeper into the skin which causes swelling, redness and possible scarring. Instead, you can mix 2
tablespoons of baking soda with a teaspoon of water at night and apply it to the pimple.
There are a variety of foods that can help your body prevent the formation of acne. Some of these
foods include poultry, whole and seafood grains. These foods also keep your body running well.

Avoid using as much make up as possible if you suffer from breakouts. If you are currently having an
acne flare-up, take a break from your foundations, powders, and blushes. These types of make-up

has less of a harmful affect on your skin.
For athletes who struggle with acne, remember that sweat can clog your pores and increase break-
outs. To mitigate damage to your skin caused by lingering sweat (especially from helmet buckles and
pressing football chin-straps), wipe your face as often as possible while playing. Also, try to gain
access to water and rinse your face, as time allows.

of the acne might just confuse and irritate your skin. It could even make the acne worse.
To cure or prevent acne, wash your face twice a day with warm water and a sulphur-based acne
